Contact Statuses

  1. Log into Fox Admin (requires Administration role)

  2. Click the System Settings tab in the side menu.

  3. Scroll down to Contact Statuses.

Create a Contact Status

  1. To create a Contact Status, click the + button.

  2. Enter the name of the new Contact Status.

  3. Check Is New Lead? if applicable (hover over for more information).

  4. Choose a Text and Background colour.

  5. Click Create.

Update a Contact Status

  1. To update a Contact Status, click the Pencil icon on the Contact Status you want to update.

  2. Enter the new name of the Contact Status.

  3. Check or uncheck Is New Lead? if applicable (hover over for more information).

  4. Change the Text or Background colour as required.

  5. Click Save.

Delete a Contact Status

  1. To delete a Contact Status, click the Bin icon on the Contact Status you want to delete.

  2. Click Delete.
