Custom Fields

  1. Log into Fox Admin (requires Administration role)

  2. Click the System Settings tab in the side menu.

  3. Scroll down to Custom Fields.

Create a Custom Field

  1. To create a Custom Field, click the + button.

  2. Enter the label for the Custom Field.

  3. Select the Type of Field.

  4. Check whether the Custom Field is required or not.

  5. Click Add Custom Field.

Update a Custom Field

  1. To update the name of an Custom Field, click the Pencil icon on the Custom Field you want to update.

  2. Update the required details for the Custom Field (Label, Type).

  3. Click Save Custom Field

Delete a Custom Field

  1. To delete a Custom Field, click the Bin icon on the Custom Field you want to delete.

  2. You cannot delete a Custom Field if it has dependencies. When removed, you can go back and delete the Custom Field. Click Delete.
