Reasons for Purchase

  1. Log into Fox Admin (requires Administration role)

  2. Click the System Settings tab in the side menu.

  3. Scroll down to Reasons for Purchase.

Create a Reason for Purchase

  1. To create a Reason for Purchase, click the '+' button.

  2. Enter the name of the new Reason for Purchase.

  3. Click Add Reason For Purchase.

Update a Reason for Purchase

  1. To update the name of a Reason for Purchase, click the 'Pencil' icon on the Reason for Purchase you want to update.

  2. Enter the new name of the Reason for Purchase.

  3. Click Save Reason For Purchase

Delete a Reason for Purchase

  1. To delete a Reason for Purchase, click the 'Bin' icon on the Reason for Purchase you want to delete.

  2. If the Reason for Purchase has existing entities, you can Transfer them to another Reason for Purchase and click Transfer And Delete, otherwise just click Delete.
